Lead Application Engineer: Analog Mixed Signal

The successful candidate will work closely with R&D and Product Engineering to identify and prioritize product improvement initiatives, ensuring high-quality knowledge content and tool adoption kits for customers.

Cadence Design Systems is seeking a highly motivated Lead Application Engineer to join our Global Customer Success team in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

  • Enhance customer productivity and debug complex issues in Analog & Mixed Signal tools and flows.
  • Develop out-of-the-box solutions using tool capabilities or scripting techniques.
  • Narrow down complex problems and ensure quality CCRs for R&D resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize product improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality knowledge content and tool adoption kits.
  • Work closely with R&D and Product Engineering teams to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance customer productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics or related fields.
  • Experience with Analog Mixed Signal products as a designer or CAD/Flow developer.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages and Analog Design Flow development is a plus.
  • Liberate or Verilog-A or RF design expertise is a plus.
  • Excellent debugging skills and ability to separate critical issues from trivial ones.
