About the Role

Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda. is seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Retail team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving vendor performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve vendor performance and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with vendors to negotiate terms and improve cost structures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive category growth and improve customer experience.
  • Manage and analyze business data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Experience in strategy, consultancy, financial analysis, category management, account management, product management, project management, buying or marketing.
  • Ability to analyze and communicate complex data and business strategies.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in account management or vendor management.
  • Experience in relevant categories in e-commerce.
  • Data proficient and experience with Excel and systems.
