About the Role

Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda. is seeking a dynamic Retail Business Manager to play a key role within the Retail team. As a Retail Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving category growth, improving vendor relationships, and analyzing business data to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Category Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive category growth, including analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and negotiating with vendors.
  • Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, including auditing and escalating performance, improving terms and cost structures, and developing long-term partnerships.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze business data to inform strategic decisions, including sales trends, vendor performance, and market conditions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, inventory management, and marketing, to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Requirements
  • Account Management Experience: Proven experience in account management, project or program management, or buying.
  • Vendor Negotiation Experience: Experience with vendor negotiations, pricing, and promotion or inventory management.
  • Education: Master's degree.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL, experience using data to influence business decisions, and experience driving internal cross-team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direction and Alignment: Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
