We are looking for a dynamic Retail Manager to play a key role within our Retail team by driving business growth, analyzing market trends, and improving vendor performance. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for adding selection, analyzing business data, driving vendor performance, negotiating terms, and handling promotions.
Key Responsibilities- Customers: You will work with specialized teams to gather customer and category information and insights, and influence other teams to address category-specific customer needs.
- Vendors: You will be the ultimate owner of the vendor relationship, responsible for auditing and escalating performance, improving overall terms and cost structures, and developing long-term partnerships with vendors.
- Central and Functional Teams: You will represent customer and business needs in interactions with central teams, projects, and initiatives, and drive central teams to improve the customer experience from a category perspective.
As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Retail business end-to-end, including the entire P&L from topline to free cash flow. You will drive selection, secure great prices, and increase convenience/speed to accelerate Amazon's flywheel, while auditing and escalating the performance of lower-tiered vendors.
We're Looking for- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Portuguese
- Experience in strategy, consultancy, financial analysis, category management, account management, product management, project management, buying, or marketing
- Cost management and business strategy skills
- Strong analytical abilities and analytical skills
