About the Team

The Amazon Mentor Program aims to scale our capabilities by partnering with third-party vendors (3PPs) such as integrators, consultants, and influencers. These partners are incentivized to refer, launch, and grow sellers on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop mechanisms to onboard, educate, and support 3PPs.
  • Interact one-on-one with 3PPs to enhance their experience on Amazon.
  • Own and report key business metrics related to partner and seller development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enable 3PPs to learn Amazon's tools and systems.

A Day in the Life

As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving projects that improve the overall partner experience in the Amazon Mentor program. This includes using feedback from partners and merchants to identify opportunities for product, service, process, system, and tool improvement.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned program or project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and developing partnerships. Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level is also essential.

Benefits
