About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Marketing Lead to steer Small and Medium-Sized Business (SMB) Marketing for our Brazil business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive adoption and growth across our range of self-service, cost-per-click advertising products.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders worldwide and locally to achieve key business objectives. You will develop deep insights into local advertisers and partner with various stakeholders to define strategic priorities and a roadmap to accelerate Brazil's performance for SMBs, aligning it with some of Amazon's best-performing regions.

Responsibilities
  • Create strategic SMB priorities and roadmap for the region based on key insights
  • Own day-to-day partnerships and reviews with local sales and other stakeholder teams
  • Work closely with Channel marketing managers to align cross-channel marketing strategy based on customer insights and business priorities
  • Own analysis of business performance against key goals including insights/callouts for Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Prepare for business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress, roadblocks, and action plans
  • Analyse the impact and results of initiatives impacting the program, and share results with senior leaders and stakeholders
About the Team

Our team is responsible for making it simple for third-party (3P) and first-party (1P) selling partners to advertise their products. This increased visibility of their offerings benefits both the selling partners and Amazon customers, who can discover a wider selection of products – a win-win

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong passion for data and customer insights, leveraging them to develop innovative strategies that achieve key business goals. They will approach this role with a customer-first mindset, seeking to understand pain points, gaps, and identify opportunities.

A competitive salary of R$250,000 to R$350,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered for this role.
