About the Role

Amazon Brazil is seeking a dynamic Senior Retail Manager to play a key role within the Retail team. As a business owner, you will be responsible for driving category growth, improving vendor relationships, and increasing product category sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute category growth strategies to drive sales and improve vendor relationships.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including auditing and escalating performance, negotiating terms and cost structures, and developing long-term partnerships.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience, drive CX and cost improvements, and prioritize initiatives based on impact and potential tradeoffs.
  • Manage inputs by driving selection, securing great prices, and increasing convenience/speed to accelerate Amazon's flywheel.
Requirements
  • Account management, project or program management, or buying experience.
  • Experience with vendor negotiations, pricing, and promotion or inventory management.
  • Master's degree.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or SQL.
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions.
  • Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience with business analysis and P&L management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
