Job Description

This position involves contract management services operationally, with the goal of achieving client contract performance targets.

The professional will be responsible for executing approved WW standard systems, tools, processes, and metrics. They must interact with internal stakeholders to ensure individual client contract reporting, extracts, and processes are executed efficiently.

Continuous improvement is essential, as well as developing and enhancing contract management processes using worldwide standards. The role also includes implementing and overseeing governance for new contracts based on IBM Processes and Contract requirements.

Understanding and ensuring compliance with client contract terms and conditions is necessary. This professional needs to communicate effectively with DPE, CPE, and PMs to guarantee start up and termination for contracts, maintain audit readiness, prepare billing assemblies, map risks, and address issues informed by the Delivery team.

If required, this professional will provide support during audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Utilize Project Management Techniques
  • Perform Contract Management & Business Process Management using required Contract Systems/Tools
  • Read and understand legal documents and apply knowledge of Terms & Conditions
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and have in-depth knowledge of their environments
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Excel
  • QMF
  • Collaborate with team members using Agile ceremonies such as Stand Ups, retrospectives, iteration planning
