Software Modernization Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Software Modernization Expert. In this hands-on, non-client-facing role, you will play a key part in executing our modernization projects using AI-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a background in software architecture and proven experience modernizing legacy applications. You will analyze legacy codebases to understand business logic and identify dependencies and risks during migration. Your responsibility will be to design and implement modern solutions that preserve legacy functionality while improving performance and maintainability.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable with emerging technologies and best practices in software modernization.
