Modern Application Specialist

Our organization seeks a seasoned Application Modernization Specialist to lead software modernization projects, ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems to modern, scalable architectures. The ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of business logic, dependencies, and migration risks.

The selected professional will analyze existing codebases to design and implement solutions that maintain system integrity while improving performance and scalability. Required skills include:

  • Experience as a Software Architect or Senior Developer focused on modernization projects.
  • Client delivery experience.
  • Expertise in migrating legacy systems to modern languages like Java, C#, Python.
  • Deep understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
  • Proficiency in code analysis, refactoring, and automated testing tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
