Senior Digital Marketing Manager/Senior Media Buyer Job Description

The role of Senior Digital Marketing Manager/Senior Media Buyer is a critical position that requires a highly experienced professional to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

This individual will be responsible for managing upwards of $50,000 - $75,000 per day on various advertising platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google Search & Display.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Media Buying: Manage media buying efforts to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Forecasting: Develop forecasting models to hit client targets, including mapping out current ad metrics and conversion rates.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Compile and analyze performance data for ad creative, landing pages, and offers to assess effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Funnel Strategy: Identify areas in the sales funnel that aren't hitting industry benchmarks and implement changes to increase conversion rate and drive more revenue with the same amount of traffic.
  • Creative Strategy: Work with the creative team to develop new angles, big ideas, and drive creative strategy for clients.
  • Competitor Research: Conduct competitor research to stay ahead of the competition and inform advertising strategies.
Requirements:
  • Digital Marketing Experience: Hands-on experience in optimizing conversion-based funnels.
  • Media Buying Team Management Experience: Proven ability to manage media buying teams and drive results.
  • Intellectually Curious: A desire to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform marketing decisions.
