We are seeking a highly experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our team in achieving high accuracy and minimizing claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise warehouse staff, maintain a well-trained team through cross-training and mentorship.
  • Oversee overall operations, including customer service, contract KPIs, and inventory management practices.
  • Maintain accurate records, payroll, timecards, and time-off approvals, coordinating with HR as required.
  • Develop short- and long-range goals, analyze processes, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, leading accident investigations and corrective actions.
  • Plan daily labor needs, collaborate with HR and staffing agencies for staffing.
Requirements
  • 5 years of Warehouse Management Experience preferred.
  • WMS and handheld scanner experience.
  • Analyze processes and recommend improvements.
  • Computer proficiency in a Windows-based environment.
  • Physical ability to stoop, push, pull, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Working Conditions
  • Moderate exposure to extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, unpleasant odors, and loud noises.
