Business Development Manager Job Summary

This role will support business development processes by providing in-depth financial analysis, building valuation models, and leading project execution.

  • Lead and provide support for complex strategic level decisions with expert analysis appropriate for senior leadership teams and board members.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business development activities, including valuations, scenario analysis, and forecasting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial valuation principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives such as M&A, joint ventures, and other business development projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and conduct thorough financial due diligence and analysis of target companies.
  • Conduct peer group analyses and valuations and create peer comparison reports.
  • Collaborate with the business development teams to identify potential acquisition targets and assess their financial performance.
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience in financial analysis, modeling, and valuations, preferably in a business development or M&A context.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
