Strategic Business Partnership Professional

The Strategic Business Partnership Professional plays a pivotal role in securing profitable business opportunities for the company through proactive business development and management of internal resources based on a deep understanding of the customers' business, operations, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients by building trust and identifying profitable business opportunities.
  2. Establishing partnerships with senior client executives to drive business growth and address client needs.
  3. Collecting information on market trends, competitors, and clients to inform business decisions.
  4. Responsible for all aspects of pre-sales activities, including requirement discovery, solution design, proposal preparation, presentation, and quotation.
  5. Delivering high-quality commercial/technical presentations to promote products and services.
  6. Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in telecommunications, computer sciences, or related majors.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the telecom industry.
  • Proven track record of securing orders and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer business priorities.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with a focus on key account management.
  • Solid knowledge of the ICT industry and its applications.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
