Key Role

The Account Director plays a crucial role in leading and inspiring the team to achieve desired objectives, budgets, and quality while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Operational management of a dedicated part of the business from an Americas perspective.
  • Coaching and mentoring a team to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Developing strategies and serving as an advisor in ecommerce development to clients and the team.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients through extensive analysis and understanding of their business needs.
  • Supporting the sales team with information and input for pitches.
  • Generating innovative ideas to run the business and execute them.
  • Analysing day-to-day team efficiency and implementing improvements to people and processes.
  • Providing feedback and performance reviews, encouraging professional growth, and serving as a role model and knowledge expert.
  • Managing budgets and P&L for Americas projects and reporting to the board.
Requirements
  • A passionate and ambitious individual with a business-oriented approach.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervising or team management experience, with a passion for developing leadership skills.
  • At least 5 years of ecommerce experience.
  • Experience in project management and working with eRetailers, especially Amazon and Walmart.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understanding of budgeting, reporting, and P&L.
  • Fluency in English at least C1 level.
