We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our finance business performance management team, you will be responsible for executing monthly financial service controlling activities and processes for LAT-South Service contracts.
You will provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making, consolidate and analyze LAT-South Service P&L results versus budget & prior month forecast, and act as a liaison between finance, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Your responsibilities will also include estimating potential risks & opportunities to ensure proper forecasting and decision making, engaging and collaborating with relevant colleagues and business stakeholders to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality, analyzing and optimizing processes to improve business efficiency and effectiveness, assisting with ad-hoc projects and management reports as required, managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring their needs are met, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience with accounting & cost controlling, P&L analysis, and business performance management.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- Advanced proficiencies in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in flexibility and motivation; travel is not expected for this role but may be required for ad hoc tasks.
