Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end process flows, including payment processing, cash management, and accounting.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting and Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, balance sheets, and other key performance indicators
  • Cash Management: Implement cash flow optimization strategies and manage short-term investments
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in a consulting or industry setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Familiarity with financial systems, including SAP S/4 HANA FI modules
