Regional Sales Manager Position Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth across the allocated region in line with the business strategy and overall segment targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a regional sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Implement corporate projects, such as CRM and IBP, and roll-out sales programs.
  • Build and execute account plans and business development plans for the region.
  • Monitor and report on major sales activities conducted through indirect and direct sales channels.
  • Provide demand forecast for regional segment sales plans and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field; Master of Business Administration preferred.
  • 7-10 years of work experience in commercial leadership roles, sales, and key account management in the paints and coatings industry or any B2B environment.
  • Significant level of experience in data analysis tools.
  • Fluency in English for global support and communication with several countries.
