Senior Technical Leader Opportunity

About the Role

The ideal candidate will lead our engineering team, ensuring technical excellence and strategic alignment with our long-term vision. This role involves overseeing project execution, improving engineering processes, and mentoring engineers to drive growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute technical strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Develop and improve engineering processes, including sprint planning, QA, deployment, and documentation
  • Mentor and coach engineers of all levels, promoting career growth and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Guide architecture decisions, enforcing engineering standards and best practices

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2–3 years in leadership or management roles
  • Proven ability to grow, lead, and inspire development teams in a dynamic environment
  • Strong technical background in both frontend and backend technologies, with a focus on scalability and security
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project-based work
  • Commitment to quality, collaboration, and delivery excellence
