Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to support our Consulting team in developing proposals and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Close collaboration with Consulting Principals to develop proposals, including participating in customer meetings and RFPs.
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations and related documents to ensure accurate approach and methodology.
  • Utilization of IQVIA databases, sources, and possibilities to inform proposal development.
  • Participation in project deliveries to gain a deeper understanding of projects, approaches, and concerns.
  • Organization and standardization of existing methodologies.
Supporting New Offerings and Opportunities
  • Structuring approaches and possibilities for discussion with Consulting, RWI, and BU teams.
  • Conducting Proof of Concept analysis to test method efficacy and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management, or related field, and a minimum of 2 years direct experience in Contracts, Proposals, or industry-specific operations.
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interpret RFPs and briefings.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
