As a seasoned professional, you will drive excellence in customer support, collections operations, and partner management. This role is critical to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize customer support and collections strategies aligning with business goals; Manage customer-impacting issues including crisis management and escalations; Oversee collections performance including portfolio management and recovery rates.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Risk, Product Management, Operations, and Technical teams; Support partner selection and onboarding establishing operational frameworks and incident management processes.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze customer support and collections processes and metrics to identify improvement opportunities; Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key performance indicators.
A Day in the Life

You'll be responsible for pioneering the development of our Financial Services customer experience and collections framework, working closely with multiple stakeholders to establish foundational elements and design customer support and collections processes.
