* Greet and welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our practice
* Perform patient check-in and check-out processes, including verifying patient information and obtaining necessary signatures
* Assist patients with initial paperwork, including insurance verification and authorization
* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, ensuring timely and efficient communication
* Confirm patient appointments and schedule new appointments as needed
* Conduct insurance verifications and authorizations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of all offered services, including medical procedures and treatments
* Manage office inventory, ensuring adequate supplies and equipment are available
* Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, reflecting the high standards of our practice
* Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient processing
* Accurately input patient data, maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy
* Assist patients with paperwork, including completing forms and documents
* Answer patients' queries and ensure quality customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and coordination
* Maintain patient record safety, adhering to HIPAA requirements and internal confidentiality policies

Requirements:

* Minimum 1-year proven work experience as a medical Front Office Receptionist
* Hands-on experience with office equipment, including fax machines, copiers, and iPads
* Professional attitude and appearance, reflecting the high standards of our practice
* Solid written and verbal communication skills, ensuring effective communication with patients and staff
* Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise, demonstrating a problem-solving mindset
* Excellent organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
* Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Demonstrated experience of delivering excellent customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate successfully with patients and team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
* Strong desire to provide the best possible patient experience, reflecting the high standards of our practice
