Job Description

We seek a seasoned sales professional to drive growth within the construction industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships in the construction sector.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property investors, developers, quantity surveyors, contractors, architects, and other industry professionals.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales deals with clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or business development within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful business relationships.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
