The Operations Talent Program

A 2-year graduate program designed for recent graduates to accelerate their growth toward dynamic career opportunities within our Global Operations.

The program focuses on digital transformation, data integration, and smart technologies, fostering a tech-driven generation of leaders.

Program Structure

From day one, you will be assigned to one of the Operations & Product Functions:

  • Manufacturing
  • R&D Lenses and SmartEyewear
  • Wearable Manufacturing
  • Business Process Improvement
  • Automation
  • Cybersecurity

After one year, you will have a job rotation within the same function, enabling you to expand your exposure, gain new technical knowledge, and be guided by inspiring leaders.

Key Components
  • On-the-job development path with a training plan
  • Academy training for the first six months
  • Top European business school training for strategic skills development
  • Individual project work to apply knowledge and present it to leaders
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Economics
  • Obtained degree in the last year or graduation within 2025
  • Maximum 1 year of working experience after obtaining a degree
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
  • Availability to start the program from November 2025
  • Eligibility to work in the country without requiring visa sponsorship

Selection Process
