We are seeking a skilled Regional Operations Manager to drive business growth and profitability in assigned regions.
- Jointly accountable with regional managers for Small and Medium Business (SMB) growth, profitability, and competitive targets
Key Responsibilities:
- Break down business objectives into actionable sales indicators
- Gain insights into franchise brand growth and competitive opportunity points through operational analysis
- Identify growth opportunities and develop clear execution paths through sales strategy development
- Ensure successful implementation of key business goals and strategies through project management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in internet industry sales operations or merchant operations
- Strong data analysis capabilities and market insight
- Results-oriented with a high sense of responsibility and commitment to achieving goals
- Excellent project management skills, including communication, coordination, team awareness, and organizational skills
