Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Information Technology Network Administrator.

As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of infrastructure, network systems, security, and PC operation across all our offices.

You will manage and monitor all IT infrastructure and system installations, including configurations, testing, and maintenance to ensure efficient operation.

  • Manage and monitor all IT infrastructure and system installations.
  • Provide IT Help Desk support at all levels and sites – all software & hardware.
  • IT Infrastructure management.
  • Valuation and testing of hardware and software.
  • Purchase IT equipment.
  • Selection, valuation and administration of IT providers.
  • IT Security and antivirus administration.
  • Communications (telephone, mobile, network, internet access).
  • Application server manager.
  • Windows user administration.
  • Other IT tasks/projects assigned by Global IT Group.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT.
  • Minimum 2 years of Wintel administration experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting Microsoft Office365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting office network and IT infrastructure such as firewall, switches, Wi-Fi, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must be able to communicate in English with our Regional Headquarters in the United States and with our Global Headquarters in Singapore – Advanced to Fluent in writing and speaking.
