Senior Pharmaceutical Product Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for pharmaceutical product management? Do you have experience in managing generic products and collaborating across departments? We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lifecycle of generic products, from development to post-launch monitoring
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to develop comprehensive launch plans
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities
  • Work closely with R&D, regulatory, sales, and marketing teams to develop strategic product plans
  • Provide ongoing support to sales teams with tools and insights to ensure success
  • Monitor and track the performance of products post-launch to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience managing multiple products simultaneously and collaborating across departments
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and requirements, particularly for generic drugs
  • Experience with product pricing strategies and cost analysis
  • Familiarity with digital tools and analytics platforms for market and sales data analysis
