Senior Accounting Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled accounting professional to manage the treasury and accounting functions of our entities in the Americas region.

This role involves handling complex accounting tasks, managing payment procedures, and supporting process development and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, audit, and accounting, with experience working in an international group environment.

  • Manage accounting for multiple legal entities in the Americas Region
  • Handle payment procedures for entities in the Americas Region
  • Support the development and implementation of financial processes and tools

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Accounting Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day accounting on SAGE for multiple legal entities
  • Prepare general ledger entries/balances and identify anomalies
  • Prepare monthly Trial Balance, Balance Sheet & P&L reports
  • Prepare reporting of accounts on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Ensure compliance with local GAAPs
  • Assist corporate teams on global consolidation of accounts
  • Support financial audits and limited reviews
  • Coordinate with external firms and consultants related to finance work
  • Implement financial controls and systems in coordination with corporate teams
Treasury Responsibilities
  • Support bank operability with corporate treasury team
  • Process payments
  • Monitor funding needs
Compliance Responsibilities
  • Coordinate external firm for statutory, regulatory and tax compliance
  • Support statutory/tax/transfer pricing audits
  • Monitor communication and relationship with local administrations
