The role of Dynamic Expert Advisor is a pivotal position within our Professional Development Program.

This individual will develop the necessary skills to engage with customers confidently and provide them with exceptional guidance to maximize their use of the platform.

In this role, you will leverage your product and industry expertise to accelerate adoption, drive user satisfaction, and deliver strategic services to customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert engagements for customer deployment, configuration, problem resolution, and optimization.
  • Identifying growth and retention opportunities within customer interactions to ensure they achieve maximum value from their investment.

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related STEM discipline.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Java Servlets, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, OpenStack, OpenShift, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, SAP, etc.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a charismatic personality.
  • A passion for technology and continuous learning.
  • Fluency or high proficiency in English.
