Global Equity Operations Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and provide day-to-day support for the administration of our global equity programs. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and aligned data across various platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Support daily equity operations processes, including RSU releases, stock option exercises, employee terminations, and monthly reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate and aligned data across equity platforms (e.g., E*Trade, Carta), HRIS (e.g., HiBob), and internal dashboards.
  • Respond to basic equity-related questions from employees and internal stakeholders (Payroll, Finance, Legal).
  • Partner with external vendors (brokers, equity administrators) to support routine tasks and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and update operational documentation such as FAQs, SOPs, and checklists.
  • Support quarterly equity grant cycles, including tracking timelines and deliverables.
  • Assist with report preparation and materials for audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, IF statements) and willingness to grow technical skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes with discipline.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
