Business Solutions Architect

We are seeking an exceptional Business Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive digital solutions that drive business growth and success.

Your primary focus will be on analyzing complex problems and developing innovative technical and architectural solutions that balance business requirements with industry best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, secure, and high-quality resolution of technical issues.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop integration systems, build and evaluate system architecture solutions, and collaborate with project stakeholders to implement efficient solutions within time and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that meet business requirements;
  • Design and implement technical and architectural solutions that balance business needs with industry best practices;
  • Develop integration systems and build and evaluate system architecture solutions;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, secure, and high-quality resolution of technical issues;
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to implement efficient solutions within time and budget constraints.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of business demands: objectives, requirements, pain points, planning, expectations;
  • Capability to develop/update capability maps;
  • Ability to develop/update Value Flows;
  • Knowledge of obsolescence roadmaps with tribes;
  • Capability to document Business and Solution Architecture standards and references;
  • Ability to approve business artifacts in Virtual and Tactical Forums;
  • Knowledge of involved systems to create context views;
  • Capability to plan activities related to constructing Context and Container Views;
  • Ability to create Context and Container Views;
  • Knowledge of Make or Buy analysis;
  • Capability to perform functional and technical adherence analysis between suppliers;
  • Ability to evaluate suppliers during Architecture stage;
  • Knowledge of software options;
  • Capability to conduct POCs;
  • Ability to present solutions at the Tactical Forum;
  • Knowledge of creation/deactivation of abbreviations;
  • Capability to identify creation of new Building Blocks;
  • Ability to identify reuse of existing Building Blocks;
  • Knowledge of application of Technical Debt in solution creation;
  • Capability to identify Transition Architecture opportunities in solution creation;
  • Ability to create/monitor Technical Debt;
  • Knowledge of Transition Architecture.
Qualifications and Certifications:
  • Desirable specialization in Solution Architecture;
  • Desirable TOGAF certification.
