EUC Support Specialist

At Foxys Computing Services, we are seeking an experienced EUC Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a strong background in end-user computing (EUC) and will be proficient in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining desktop devices and peripheral equipment. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide on-site support to clients with operational and technical issues
- Ensure that each desktop device is installed with the correct desktop image
- Resolve incidents and problems associated with EUC equipment
- Perform reactive troubleshooting to identify potential incidents or problems and attempt to eliminate them
- Support clients connecting to corporate networks and assist in accessing LAN, print, and file services
- Provide repair and maintenance for mobile devices
- Install, upgrade, and repair EUC equipment (desktops, laptops, monitors, and associated peripherals)
- Provide software break/fix services and replacement of non-warranty assets for end-users
- Configure and support end-users on mobile computing platforms
- Provide VIP support for equipment, including desktop devices, mobile devices, display screens, video systems, docking stations, communication devices, direct-attached printers, local printers, scanners, wireless networking, etc.
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge of AD and smart hands and feet support
- Good knowledge and experience of supporting MAC devices and tablets
- Sound knowledge of imaging tools
- Sound knowledge of data backup and recovery tools
- Installing, upgrading, and migrating to Windows
- Deploying Windows in large enterprises
- Experience with Service management tool - ex-Service now
- Should have good expertise on EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office, and Outlook
- Preferable to have a good understanding of Lync, VPN, and mobile device support
- Should be aware of ITIL process of Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request, and related activities like spare and buffer stock management
We offer a competitive salary of R$40.00 per hour and a minimum of 8 hours per week. The role is temporary, part-time, and autonomous/paid as a freelancer. The location of work is presential.
