We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and actuals reporting;
- Identify trends and areas for improvement in financial performance, and develop strategies to optimize results;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective decision-making;
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions;
- Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support business planning and analysis;
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
