Job Title: Fraud Investigation Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented fraud investigation analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in fraud investigations, field research, auditing, or compliance.

  • The selected candidate will conduct on-site and field investigations to uncover fraudulent activities and collect insights for new business opportunities.
  • Gathering on-the-ground evidence and documenting findings.
  • Supporting digital investigations by cross-validating information through field research.
  • Identifying and mapping fraud patterns, user manipulation tactics, and abuse of policies.
  • Collaborating with internal anti-fraud analysts and other departments to build strong solutions opportunities.
  • Producing investigation reports with clear narratives, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Helping improve internal investigation methodologies and best practices.

The ability to work in ambiguous scenarios and make decisions based on partial data is essential. Additionally, fluency in Portuguese is required, and experience in logistics or food delivery platforms is a strong plus. A self-disciplined and discreet individual with strong analytical skills and a natural curiosity to go beyond surface-level symptoms will be highly valued.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is required.
  • Experience in logistics or food delivery platforms is a strong plus.
