Role Overview

The Customer Success Manager will drive customer success in cybersecurity, strengthening the relationship between our clients across the region.

Key Objectives
  • Ensure successful adoption and optimization of Microsoft Security technologies.
  • Maximize customer value through professional services and joint strategies with Microsoft.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships that lead to growth opportunities.
ResponsibilitiesCUSTOMER & LEAD MANAGEMENT
  • Engage with leads and prospects interested in our cybersecurity services.
  • Conduct assessments and propose tailored solutions based on the Microsoft Security portfolio.
  • Re-engage and expand relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive Customer Success practices.
COLLABORATION WITH MICROSOFT
  • Partner closely with Microsoft teams in various regions.
  • Execute joint initiatives and align with Microsoft's global Security strategy.
  • Represent us as a trusted cybersecurity partner within the Microsoft ecosystem.
CYBERSECURITY FOCUS
  • Drive adoption of Microsoft Defender Suite, Microsoft Entra, Purview, Sentinel, Intune, Autopilot, and related technologies.
  • Guide customers in strengthening their security and compliance posture.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable, security-focused outcomes.
