Key Responsibilities- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure alignment with our global IT strategies and enterprise architecture.
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant local, regional, and global governmental regulations.
- Reinforce project goals and objectives to prevent scope creep and gold plating.
- Recommend solution options that directly impact project or initiative success.
- Effectively communicate with business stakeholders, project managers, product owners, systems analysts, developers, and quality assurance analysts to ensure requirements are clearly stated, buildable, and testable.
- Oversee the successful completion of User Acceptance Testing, tracking testing progress, and defect resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a relevant field.
- Certifications in business analysis, project management, or IT service management are preferred.
- 3+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in an IT-focused role.
- Experience with Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with the software delivery lifecycle.
- Proven success in improving customer experience.
- Experience working in a matrix structure and remotely with globally scattered users and teams.
- Experience influencing others with limited or no direct authority.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to put the pieces together and inspire others to think creatively.
- Leverage a holistic view of people, processes, and technology.
- Use a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Effective communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
- Adapt communication styles to meet the needs of the situation and audience.
- Present complex concepts in understandable terms to all levels of the organization.
