Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating interest in our services and coordinating in-person meetings for our sales team.
This is an entry-level position with significant commission and opportunity for growth if you reach your objectives. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly call and lead generation quotas
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients with the goal of creating opportunities for the sales team
- Keep accurate records of interactions and outcomes within our database
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and escalate qualified opportunities to the sales team
