About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating interest in our services and coordinating in-person meetings for our sales team.

This is an entry-level position with significant commission and opportunity for growth if you reach your objectives. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly call and lead generation quotas
  2. Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients with the goal of creating opportunities for the sales team
  3. Keep accurate records of interactions and outcomes within our database
  4. Qualify leads based on established criteria and escalate qualified opportunities to the sales team

Requirements:

  1. College degree
  2. Entry-level experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development is preferred
  3. Familiarity with CRM software
  4. Experience cold calling or telemarketing
