We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our team at LHR Americas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business growth strategies
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
