Business Development Lead Strategist

LHR Américas seeks a seasoned Business Development Lead Strategist to drive business growth and uncover opportunities across various markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business ideas and assess their feasibility.
- Engage with internal and external entities to stay informed about current or emerging business trends.
- Develop business plans and financial models, and review models prepared by others.
- Produce thought leadership reports describing company strategies, financial performance, and operating trends.
- Manage cross-functional teams to develop business plans for new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, or equivalent, with an MBA or equivalent.
- 10 years of relevant experience, with exposure to multiple industries.
- Strong finance background, including experience in financial valuations and modeling.
- Background in strategy development or relevant experience.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
LHR Américas offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary, overbase, benefits supplement, severance package, employee share purchase plan, and incentive plan.
