Business Development Lead

LHR Americas is seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Development Department, you will be responsible for directing activities related to sourcing, screening, analyzing, planning, and developing business ventures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the business development process from deal initiation to closure.
  • Collaborate with investors to establish strategic, financial, and operational goals for new ventures.
  • Review and approve contract payments and variations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure deal alignment.
  • Lead business portfolios and manage the development of commercial agreements.
  • Develop and execute negotiation strategies.
  • Prepare and present corporate committees and executive briefs.
  • Provide administrative direction to Business Development staff.
  • Represent the company in professional societies, committees, and conferences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 12 years of experience in business development, finance, or a related field.
  • CFA, CMA, PMP, or similar certifications.
  • Industry expertise and knowledge of specific business transaction and venturing activities.
  • Expertise in financial analysis and transaction valuation.
  • Focused knowledge and experience in carve-out divestment, financial restructuring, or initial public offering (IPO).
  • Experience with local or industry-specific best practices and regulatory and governmental mandates.
