As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Sales Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview:

This role plays a crucial part in driving our sales pipeline and helping us achieve our business goals.

We are seeking a smart and passionate individual who excels at cold calling and is eager to connect with potential clients.

  • Generate leads by conducting outbound calls to prospective clients.
  • Qualify prospects through effective cold calling techniques and targeted outreach.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients using various lead generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads for further engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for calls, meetings scheduled, and leads generated.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, with a strong emphasis on cold calling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
