As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Sales Specialist to join our team.
Position Overview:This role plays a crucial part in driving our sales pipeline and helping us achieve our business goals.
We are seeking a smart and passionate individual who excels at cold calling and is eager to connect with potential clients.
- Generate leads by conducting outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Qualify prospects through effective cold calling techniques and targeted outreach.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients using various lead generation strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads for further engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for calls, meetings scheduled, and leads generated.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
