High-Growth Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven High-Growth Sales Specialist to join our team at M&O Partners.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building key client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the valves and automation sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute tailored sales strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities in the maritime and offshore industries.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, lasting relationships with key clients to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with established Brazilian end-customers, driving growth and expansion.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company's growth and success.
Qualifications and Attributes:
Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Relations, Production Engineering, or a related field, combined with a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, supply chain, or technical areas within the maritime and offshore industry.
Technical Expertise and Skills: In-depth knowledge of technical valves and automation for offshore platforms, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and relevant system tools. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is also required.
Industry Knowledge and Additional Skills: Experience working with OIC, platform owners, shipowners, and shipyards is advantageous, as well as familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, international logistics, import/export, and hosting exhibitions/events.

Benefits and Terms:
We offer an attractive salary range of R$1,320.00 - R$6,143.18 per month, including benefits such as medical assistance, dental care, life insurance, meal vouchers, transportation allowances, and more. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day.
