About the Opportunity:

As a Category Sales Lead – Insulation & Coating, you'll drive business growth by shaping our category strategy, building lasting client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your expertise will make a direct contribution to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the maritime and offshore industries.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities with established Brazilian end-customers and potential new suppliers.
  • Set, meet, and aim to exceed sales goals, consistently contributing to the overall success of the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Relations, Production Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the maritime and offshore industry, preferably in sales, supply chain, or technical areas.
  • Strong knowledge of technical insulation and/or coating for offshore platforms in Brazil.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant system tools.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
