We are looking for highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Representatives. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative who can leverage their skills and experience to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oil and gas industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to clients
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity in the oil and gas industry
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales progress and pipeline activity
- Participate in sales training and professional development programs to improve sales skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activity

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn quickly

Compensation:

The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience, with an estimated range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum. In addition to a base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
