About this Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Clinical Specialist. This position is responsible for providing technical, educational, clinical and sales support to assist the Region in meeting sales and customer service objectives.

As a Clinical Specialist, you will represent the company during ablation procedures to provide troubleshooting and other technical assistance. You will also receive technical inquiries from customers, research solutions to questions or problems, and educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to our products and related procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, with experience in an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in the cardiac field. A valid driver's license is essential for this role, as you will be required to travel within your assigned territory and may require overnight travel.

This is a remote position that can be based in any of the following locations: DC or VA. The selected candidate will reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical, educational, clinical and sales support to assist the Region in meeting sales and customer service objectives.
  • Represent the company during ablation procedures to provide troubleshooting and other technical assistance.
  • Receive technical inquiries from customers, research solutions to questions or problems.
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to our products and related procedures.
  • Assist in educating/training new Clinical Specialists and Account Managers.
  • Provide training and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel.
  • Provide sales support to help influence revenue growth within the region.
Requirements
  • High School diploma PLUS a minimum 6 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in cardiac field.
  • OR Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in cardiac field.
  • OR Bachelor degree PLUS a minimum 2 years work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in cardiac field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preference will be given to local qualified candidates and candidates with industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum of four years' work experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic or sales.
  • Pacing school/ATI-like training program in addition to relevant qualifications.
  • Proven track record with technical training assignments.
Additional Job Requirements
  • Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation.
  • Clinical Specialists are required to be within their assigned territory each day to be available for unscheduled needs.
  • Clinical Specialists will on occasion be required to travel outside of their assigned territory and may require overnight travel.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
Benefits and Compensation

A competitive salary and flexible benefits package are offered. Salary ranges for U.S. locations (excl. PR) are $90,000.00 - $100,000.00. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, HSA/HC Spending Accounts, life insurance, disability leave, dependent care spending, tuition assistance, and well-being programs.
