We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a strong track record of driving business growth in dynamic markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing short-term and long-term sales strategies to meet business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive sales plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to discuss sales plans, marketing initiatives, and market trend insights.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain up-to-date market trend insights and provide strategic recommendations for the sales team.
- Expense Budgeting: Create annual expense budget reports and propose adjustments to ensure effective implementation.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify opportunities for sales optimization.
- Global Business Opportunities: Communicate global or localized business opportunities and brainstorm sales strategies with marketing personnel across regions.
- Experience: At least 10 years of sales experience, with 3-5 years in senior roles like National Sales Manager or BU Director in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Therapeutic Lines: Knowledge and experience in Respiratory and/or Derma therapeutic lines.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree; MBA studies preferred.
- Linguistic Proficiency: English proficiency.
