Key to success lies in efficient facilities management. A Facilities Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate operational systems and facility infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data, blueprints, and reports to inform decision-making.
  • Determine facility and equipment specifications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Analyze project costs and prepare budgets to ensure fiscally responsible planning.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of facility expansion, layout, various systems, and quality controls.
  • Develop processing plans and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
  • Plan and coordinate infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities.
  • Coordinate and oversee contractors performing maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Monitor energy consumption in the plant to identify irregularities and opportunities for improvement.
  • Suggest modifications and modernizations to monitoring equipment to provide additional energy data.
  • Develop energy models to predict energy usage and manage the energy budget.
  • Lead the energy plant team according to ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management Standard and continuous improvement of Company's energy performance.
  • Maintain pressure vessels, pipelines, and safety valves in compliance with Serbian law.
Requirements:
  • VII degree of education (Mechanical or Technical Engineering background).
  • Excellent computer skills and use of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • English language skills.
  • Team spirit.
  • Adaptability, patience, ability to meet tight deadlines.
