Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with event planners and coordinators to ensure all event details are met, including catering, audiovisual, and logistics.
- Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure seamless event execution, including room setup, audiovisual equipment, and catering.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and guests to ensure repeat business and positive referrals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Fluent in English; Spanish language skills a plus.
