We are seeking a skilled leader to drive our business forward in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the digital strategy for CHC in Brazil.
- Develop and execute digital strategies for CHC in Brazil
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs and projects
- Manage short-, mid-, and long-term sourcing of skills and talent
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or Pharmacy
- 7+ years of experience in digital/IT with complex program/portfolio management, strategy, performance, and budget management
- Proven hands-on experience with modern technologies, architecture, development methods, and tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead without authority in a complex matrix organization
Language Skills:
- Fluent spoken and written English and Brazilian Portuguese
- Spanish is a plus
