Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive leader to oversee daily operations, provide strategic guidance, and drive initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role involves technical leadership, project management, and people management.


Responsibilities
  • Lead complex and multi-disciplinary projects, providing technical guidance and feedback to the team.
  • Ensure timely deliveries, manage project metrics, remove blocks, and report project status.
  • Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and implement processes to improve productivity and technical skills.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, taking accountability for delivering software solutions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related areas, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with software development, including leadership roles in software development projects.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and ability to drive teams to innovate and deliver roadmap features.
  • Hands-on profile, actively involved in technical discussions and architectural decisions.
